Program/Service Description:
Marquette Manor is a housing apartment complex for people age 55 and older. There are income restrictions which are as follows: one person--$27,120; two people--$31,020. One bedroom apartment is $475/month and two bedroom apartment is $515. Water and garage with remote are included in the rent. Security deposit is first month rent. Cat and/or dog allowed, but there is a $250 pet deposit required, and proper papers must be filed. Average cost is electricity is $50 to $60 per month. Intercom security, laundry facilities, storage on each floor, community room are available. Residents plan the activities such as cards two nights and bingo weekly. Blood pressures taken monthly. Smoking allowed in apartments only.
