Program/Service Description:
Manor Care West is a licensed skilled nursing facility. It is certified for Medicaid and Medicare. There are 3 private rooms and baths and 51 semi private rooms. Accepts people with dementia but not if they elope. The nursing home offers daily activities, religious services, physical, occupational and speech therapies, beauty/barber shop, outpatient therapy, restorative nurse program, respite and hospice services. Contracts with Unity Hospice ad Heartland Home Health to provide hospice care. The web site www.medicare.gov lists the latest survey results for nursing homes.
