Program/Service Description:
Lutheran Social Services--Older Adult programs serve older adults and their famillies in Green Bay, Appleton, Manitowoc, New London, Oshkosh, Sheboygan and upper Michigan. Services include information and assistance, older adult mental counseling, alcohol and substance abuse counseling, support groups for caregivers, women in recovery, the visually impaired, respite for caregivers, transportation coordination for older adults, adult day services and outreach and counseling older adults in the Hmong community.
