Program/Service Description:
A non-medical home health care agency. Provides services such as companionship, homemaker assistance, light housekeeping, chore service, medication reminders, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, errands, bathing and personal cares, respite care, sleep over and 24 hour care. Accepts Community Options Program (COP), Community Integration Program (CIP), long-term care insurance and private pay for payment. Requires a deposit of one weeks worth of services prior to services beginning. This deposit is refundable.
