Program/Service Description:
A home health care agency that provides medical and non medical services. Provides services such as RN, home health aides, social worker, physical, speech, occupational therapies, personal care worker, and homemaker. Will do ventilator care in the home. Personal care worker can assist with transfers, bathing, light housekeeping, laundry, homemaker assistance, chore services, grocery shopping, rides to and from appointments, caring for nails and hair, respite care, and other services. Accepts Medicaid, private insurance, Community Options Program (COP), and private funds. RN--$68.25/visit; home health aide and personal care worker--$39.30/visit. There is a two hour minimum. Twenty-four hour services seven days per week available. Also available is Need a Nurse. This service is private pay only and provides skilled care and includes blood draws, monitoring blood pressure, monitoring blood sugars, medication setup, dressing changes, wound care, catheter change, foot care and other skilled care needs.
