Program/Service Description:
Harmony of Green Bay is a 30 bed community based residential facility licensed as a Class C facility by the State of Wisconsin. These include ten apartments with kitchenettes and 20 studio apartments. All rooms are private with private baths. Basic cost for a studio apartment is $3,360/month and $3,520month for the apartment. Meals, utilities, housekeeping, laundry services and cable television are included. Additional services are available as needed for an additional cost. It is wheelchair accessible. Accepts Community Options (COP) and private funds for payment.
