Program/Service Description:
Hampton Manor is licensed as a Class C community based residential facility by the State of Wisconsin. It has eight private rooms with half baths in each room. Cost is $2,525/month and is all inclusive. Accepts Community Options Program(COP) and private funds for payment. Telephone and cable television are extra costs. Offers daily activities, 24 hour awake staff, communion service, beautician, medication supervision and fitness classes. Accepts individuals with a developmental disability. It is wheelchair accessible. Does not accept non-ambulatory people. May accept pets depending on the animal.
