Program/Service Description:
Green Bay Home Medical Equipment provides home equipment and supplies. Supplies available include: canes, walkers, wheelchairs, scooters, toilet seat risers, grab bars, hospital beds and other adaptive equipment. Some equipment is available for rental. Will deliver equipment to your home and help set it up. There is free delivery within a 50 mile radius. Will bill Medicare with a physician's order form.
