Program/Service Description:
EFCNW is dedicated to providing services and advocacy to benefit people with epilepsy, their families and the greater community. We offer support groups, emergency medical funding, educational programs, case management, and camps for children and adults. A support group is offered in Green Bay at Options for Independent Living, 555 Country Club Rd, on the first Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm. Also available is a program of providing service dogs or seizure response dogs to individuals with epilepsy. A branch office is located at 1800 Appleton Rd, Menasha WI, 54952; 920-968-3000.
