Program/Service Description:
Medical transportation services for veterans to the veteran clinics located in Milwaukee, Appleton, Tomah, Madison and Iron Mountain. Transportation to Milwaukee is provided Monday through Friday, at 7:00am. For the other clinics, you need to call as early as possible before your appointment to schedule transportation. Vans leave from the Allouez Center at St. Joseph and Libal Streets. When calling for transportation, please leave your name, appointment time, date, and last four digits of your social security number. There is no cost for this service. Must be a veteran to be eligible.
