Program/Service Description:
Century Ridge I & II are each a Class C community based residential facility licensed by the State of Wisconsin. Each facility has 20 private rooms with half baths. They offer alarmed doors, 24 hour supervision, monitoring of medication, and daily activities. No smoking is allowed. Base rate is $2,800/month with additional cost depending on care needs. Accepts Community Options Program (COP) or private funds for payment. Both facilities are wheelchair accessible. Will accept individuals with a developmental disability.
