Program/Service Description:
Carrington Manor is a 20 bed community based residential facility licensed as a Class C facility by the State of Wisconsin. This facility is wheelchair accessible. There are 20 private suites with half baths. Offers daily activities, weekly communion/prayer service, medication supervision, beauty shop, wireless pendant call system, television in lounge, bingo two times daily, outings, a fitness program, and 24 hour awake staff. Smoking outside. Pets welcomed. Accepts Community Options Program (COP) and private funds for payment. Cost is $2,750 to $3,904 which includes four levels of care.
