Program/Service Description:
The Community Options Program (COP), Community Integration Program II (CIP) and other Medicaid waiver programs assist people in making long-term care decisions. The goal of these programs is to assist elderly, people with a developmental disability and/or physical disability, people with a mental illness, and people with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia to remain in a community setting. These programs provide financial assistance for adult day care, home health care, home modifications, adult family care homes, attendant and respite care and other services.
