Program/Service Description:
An independent living situation for older adults. There are 20 subsidized housing units; twelve for older adults and eight family units. Must meet income limitations: one person, very low income--$22,600 and low income--$36,200; two people, very low income--$25,850 and low income--$41,350. Must be age 55 or older or handicapped/disabled. Security deposit is one month's rent. Elderly units offer secured doors, pull cords in the rooms, and laundry facilities. Utilities are included in the rent for the elderly apartments. There is no smoking and pets are allowed.
