Program/Service Description:
Bornemann South is a 20 bed community based residential facility licensed as a Class CNA facility by the State of Wisconsin. It accepts Community Options and private funds for payment. It offers wheelchair accessibility, 20 private rooms with private baths, religious services, beauty/barbershop on premises, and daily activities through the skilled nursing facility.
