Program/Service Description:
Bornemann North is a 20 bed community based residential facility licensed as a Class CNA facility by the State of Wisconsin. It accepts private funds and nursing home relocation funds for payment. It offers wheelchair accessibility, 20 private rooms with personal bath, religious services, beauty/barbershop on premises, daily activities, RN consultant, and medication supervision. Many activities are available through the attached skilled nursing facility.
