Program/Service Description:
Bay Manor is an apartment community for today's active adults with an independent lifestyle. For working or retired seniors age 55 and older. Some units are handicapped accessible. There is a central elevator. Nurse call system in each apartment for emergency purposes. Laundry room on each floor for your convenience. An additional storage area available at no extra charge. Income restrictions are as follows: one person--$27,120; two people--$31,020. One bedroom apartment is $520/month and a two bedroom apartment is $620/month. Security deposit is $250. The application fee is $20 for a single person and $30 for a couple. Heat, water, and sewer are included in the rent. Average cost of electricity is $38 to $68 per month. Some of the planned fun activities include: bingo, cards, birthday club, potlucks, fitness class, musical entertainment. Underground heated parking is $35 extra. Bay Manor Apartments is close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, bus routes, library, hospital and fitness center.
