Program/Service Description:
Provides telephone financial assistance for paying telephone services. In order to be eligible, you must be eligible for the lifeline program (see Wisconsin Lifeline & Link-up) and be eligible for one of the following programs: Medicaid, Food Share (formerly Food Stamps), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Social Security Disability (SSDI), or Energy Assistance. There are no forms to fill out, but you will be asked to sign a letter to verify eligibility for the above programs.
