Program/Service Description:
Asera Care Hospice provides a program of palliative and supportive services that provide physical, psychological, social and/or spiritual care for terminally ill persons and their families. Focus is on pain control and symptom management. To be eligible a person must have a terminal prognosis with a limited life expectancy, be under the care of a physician, choose supportive symptom management rather that aggressive curative care and request hospice services. On-call service available for after hours and weekends.
