Program/Service Description:
Anna's House II is a 36 bed class C community based residential facility licensed by the state of Wisconsin. This CBRF is wheelchair accessible. It has 36 private rooms with private baths. Daily activities are scheduled, rides offered to appointments, 24 hour awake staff, medication is supervised by the staff, cable tv hook up, and religious services are available. The cost is based upon personal care required. Will accept individuals with a developmental disability and physical disability.
