Program/Service Description:
This Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) offers 86 private apartments. These include studio, one or two bedroom apartments with an efficiency kitchen. Rent is as follows: studio: $2900; one bedroom: $3515; two bedroom: $3725. Rent includes: emergency response system, three meals per day, medication administration/monitoring, assistance with bathing/dressing/grooming, weekly laundry and housekeeping, heat/AC, water/sewer, electricity and basic cable. There is a one-time, non-refundable move-in fee of $1500. Small pets are allowed with a non-refundable fee of $500 per pet (restrictions apply). There is a full-time Wellness Services Director (Registered Nurse) that oversees all assisted living residents, and trained staff 24 hours/day - 7 days/week. Respite care is also available for $125 per day and includes all services listed above. There is a one-time $250 administration fee for respite care. Life Enrichment programs and weekly outings are offered. Programs include: land and water exercise, Maintain the Brain-exercise for the mind, computer classes, and many others. Regular outings include: grocery stores, shopping centers, restaurants and theaters/museums. The RCAC is licensed by the state of Wisconsin. Bellevue Retirement Community is private pay.
