Program/Service Description:
Bellevue Retirement Community is an apartment complex for seniors age 55 and older. There are 88 apartments. These include studio, one or two bedroom apartments with a stove and refrigerator. Rent is as follows: studio: $1,325; one bedroom: $1,650; two bedroom: $1,865. Rent includes: emergency response system, daily continental breakfast and 20 meals per month, heat/AC, water/sewer, electricity and basic cable. There is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $500 per pet (restrictions apply). Life enrichment programs and weekly outings are offered. Programs include: land and water exercise, Maintain the Brain--exercise for the mind, computer classes, and many others. Regular outings include: grocery stores, shopping centers, restaurants and theaters/museums. All residents must meet independent living requirements.
