Program/Service Description:
This program from Stanford University is a course to help you self-manage health conditions that cause frustration, pain, fatigue etc. In this six week workshop series you will learn how to manage your symptoms, how to communicate effectively with your doctor, how to lessen your frustration, how to fight fatigue and how to make daily tasks easier. Enrollment is limited and pre-registration is required.
