Program/Service Description:
The loan closet offers such medical equipment as wheelchairs, walkers, shower chairs, transfer benches, raised toilet seats, commodes, gait belts, over the tub grab bars, quad canes etc. The loan closet is intended to meet the needs of people who would like to try a specific equipment before purchasing it, who need equipment for a short-term basis, do not have insurance or sufficient funds to purchase the equipment, or require equipment that is not covered by Medicare. Donations of equipment are welcomed.
