Program/Service Description:
The Scattered Site Housing Rehabilitation Program provides safe, sanitary housing to low and moderate income families. The Housing Authority of the City of Green Bay contracts with Integrated Community Services (ICS), a private non-profit corporation, to manage the 50 scattered site family rental units at forty-two sites. The units are quality single family or duplexes that range in size from two to four bedrooms.
