Program/Service Description:
Our Place is an 18-bed Community Based Residential Facility in Green Bay for adults who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness and are unable to care for themselves in an independent living environment. Services are designed to reduce or stabilize psychiatric symptoms, increase psychosocial functioning and community integration, and improve the quality of life for those in our care. Programming is provided through a contract with the Brown County Department of Human Services.
