Program/Service Description:
The Fort Howard Family Resource Center Walking Club is a chance for parents and their children to get out and walk around the neighborhood to get some exercise. There is a brief discussion beforehand about exercise and nutrition. So grab your water bottles and strollers for a nice brisk walk around Fort Howard Neighborhood. Everyone is welcome and it is free of charge.
