Program/Service Description:
Federally funded GEAR UP, Talent Search, and Upward Bound programs. Program recruits and works with low-income and first generation students, encouraging them to finish school and go on to college. Services offered: mentoring program, tutoring, academic and personal counseling, financial aid advising per college enrollment. Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction Program.
