Program/Service Description:
The Juvenile Resource Center (JRC) is a collaborative effort between Family Services FRST program and Brown County Human Services to serve 10-15 juveniles from Brown County who have been adjudicated delinquent and are under formal juvenile court supervision. These juveniles are between 13-17 years-old and are considered the most difficult to control and supervise in the community. The JRC is housed in the Family Services FRST building. The objectives of the program include the provision of daily supervision in a structured setting, accountability and consistency for clients, along with programming based on individualized needs that will balance social control with therapeutic interventions.
