Program/Service Description:
1. Provides ongoing emotional support needed to help parents and other survivors deal with the pain of their loss and facilitate the reconstruction of their lives. 2. Provides contact with similarly bereaved persons and establish self-help groups that meet regularly. 3. Provides information about the grief process and the criminal justice system as they pertain to the survivors of a homicide victim. 4. They have a newsletter, published 3 times a year. 5. They have an annual conference.
