Program/Service Description:
The Families of Children with Cancer, Inc., is a nonprofit support group for patients, families, and long term survivors of childhood cancer from Northeast Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The group offers financial, social and educational assistance, and recognizes the various needs of individuals and families without regard to economics, race, religion, choice of physicians or healthcare facilities. The group strives to provide a caring, understanding, and encouraging support system, dedicated to the children who are battling cancer, to those who have survived, and to those who live on in loved one's hearts, so that no one need face the uncertain world of childhood cancer alone.
