Program/Service Description:
The Congestive Heart Failure Education class is offered to Bellin or Cardiology Associates patients only. The object of the class is to help educate people who have been diagnosed with congestive heart failure and their caregivers. You attend only one class to learn about congestive heart failure, medications, diet, exercise and other useful information.
