Program/Service Description:
This is a private duty home care service agency dedicated to providing superior companionship and non-medical assistance to help with the needs of everyday living. We strive to offer services that meet our clients' individual needs so they can maintain a dignified and independent full life in the comfort and privacy of their own home. The services are varied and may include daily or part-time, short term or long term, hourly or 24 hour care. We start by working with each individual and their family to determine their specific home care needs. We work to develop a personal client care plan to guide us, and adjust our services to meet our client's changing needs. From the Heart caregivers are thoroughly screened and background checked, and each employee undergoes a thorough client care training program and ongoing evaluation. From the Heart centers our mission on providing quality people, exceptional care and peace of mind for you and your family. Costs: Level 1 Companionship and Home Helper $19/hr 7:00am to 7:00pm; $21.50/hr evenings and weekends; $17/hr 7:00am to 7:00pm (24 hour care). Level 2 Personal care and CNA service $22/hr 7:00am to 7:00pm; $24.50/hr evenings and weekends; $19/hr 7:00am to 7:00pm (24 hour care). Weekly service level discounts available.
