Program/Service Description:
Woodfield Village is an apartment lifestyle for people age 55 and older. The 61 unit complex features several floor plans from one bedroom to two bedrooms. There are 53 income eligible apartments. An application needs to be filled out to determine if eligible for them. Rent ranges from $556 to $752/month. There are 8 apartments offered at market rate and the rent ranges from $756 to $1,056/month. There is an on site manager, controlled access entrance with private intercom, emergency call system, underground heated parking, game room, fitness room hair salon, and other amenities. It is a smoke free environment.
