Program/Service Description:
The Customer Assistance Advisor Program helps people who are having difficulties paying their utility bill. The program can help arrange for payment options, provide information and assistance about community resources who can further help with heating assistance, budget counseling and money management information, and educate the community about energy saving ideas.
