Program/Service Description:
The Wisconsin Lions Foundation Hearing program is dedicated to serving people with a hearing loss throughout Wisconsin. The main mission of the program is to provide hearing instruments for adults and children who could otherwise not afford them. In order to determine eligibility, an application must be filled out completely and submitted to the foundation. You must obtain prior authorization before obtaining a hearing instrument. Hearing instruments already purchased are not eligible for reimbursement. The foundation also accepts old and broken hearing instruments. Application available on the web site. Call for further information.
