Program/Service Description:
Provides health and medical care to veterans. The clinic offers a mental health clinic and a 24 hour nurse advice line. Transportation to the clinic can be arranged through the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 3 by calling 920-406-0622. Veteran benefits may be available to help with medical costs.
