Program/Service Description:
SeniorCare is a prescription drug assistance program for Wisconsin residents who are age 65 and older who meet the eligibility requirements. The program is designed to help seniors with their prescription drug costs. Those interested may apply at any time. The Department of Health and Family Services administers the SeniorCare program. If you have questions or need assistance with your SeniorCare application, you can contact the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Brown County (920-448-4300) and ask to speak with a Benefit Specialist.
