Program/Service Description:
The Northeastern Regional Office is responsible for surveying nursing homes, facilities for the Developmentally Disabled, Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF), Adult Family Homes, inpatient and outpatient treatment center for alcohol and drug abuse and mental health clients, home health agencies, hospice agencies and Residential Care Apt. Complex and Adult Day Care facilities within the region. The office is also responsible for complaints against these entities. The region includes the following counties: Brown, Calumet, Door, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Marinette, Marquette, Menominee, Oconto, Outagamie, Shawano, Sheboygan, Waupaca, Waushara and Winnebago.
