Program/Service Description:
Golden Living Village Gardens is a 125 bed nursing home that is certified for Medicare and Medicaid. It offers both private and semi private rooms and baths. Offers physical, speech, occupational, restorative and IV therapies, daily activities, pet therapy, beauty/barber shop, outpatient therapy, hospice, smoking area and respite. Contracts with Asera Care, Aurora VNA, Unity, and Heartland to provide hospice care. The website www.medicare.gov lists the latest survey results for nursing homes.
