Westbridge Apartments is funded by WHEDA and the apartments are for people age 55 or older at the 151 N Ashland address. At 145 N Ashland there is no age restriction. Rent is $456 for one bedroom and $546 for two bedrooms. Security deposit is one month's rent. Parking, laundry facilities, and storage units are available. Heat and water are included in rent. Complete an application at the office or request one by mail.
