Program/Service Description:
This is a residential care apartment complex that has 18 apartments. Sixteen of them have one bedroom and two have two bedrooms. Included in the monthly cost: microwave, utilities, 24 hour staff that will provide up to 28 hours of care, emergency call system, social activities, three meals a day, laundry, and cleaning. Hair care accommodations on site. Respite care available. Cost ranges from $2,225 to $3,225 depending on the number of hours required for personal care and amenities included. Must be age 62 or older. Accepts private pay only and is not subjected to state surveys.
