Program/Service Description:
Villa West is a Federally subsidized housing complex for people who are age 62 or older or handicapped/disabled. Must meet income limitations which are as follows: one person, very low--$22,600 and low--$36,200; two people, very low--$25,850 and low--$41,350. Rent is 30 percent of adjusted gross income, and utilities are included in rent. Security deposit is one month's rent. There are 170 apartments. Doors are secured, and laundry facilities are available. Very convenient location, on site programs and events, park-like surroundings. Both pets and smoking are allowed.
