Program/Service Description:
Outpatient Rehabilitation and WholeHealth offer evaluation and therapy for those with balance disorders or those who have a history of falls or are at risk for falling. Balance can be affected by dizziness, osteoporosis, movement disorders such as Parkinson's, numbness in the feet, and age. Therapy can help increase strength, balance, mobility, coordination, and use of adaptations to increase safety and reduce risk of falls. A physician referral is required.
