Program/Service Description:
Membership in the cardiovascular wellness center includes: initial consultation to develop a personalized exercise program, cardiovascular equipment such as treadmills, airdyne bicycles, recumbent bicycles, precor crosstrainer, rubberized walking track, free weights, locker rooms, and TV and stereo equipment. Membership rates vary depending on the number of months you wish to be a member.
