Program/Service Description:
Paragon Community Services, LLC is at 2733 S Ridge Rd in Green Bay. It is open from 9:00am to 3:00pm. It serves individuals with a developmental disability, physical disability, brain injury, mental illness and other significant medical needs. Paragon provides recreation and socialization in a safe, structured, fun environment. Some of the outings include local sporting events, festivals, volunteerism, and other activities in the community. In addition, personal care skills and coaching in daily living skills are provided. There is an after-school program from 3:00pm to 6:00pm for students 8-21 years of age. The Paragon Activity Club (ages 8-21) meets the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Transportation can be provided and it is best to inquire about cost. The PAC program is open all summer and school breaks as well.
