Program/Service Description:
A supportive in-home care program that provides services on two different levels. Level one services include basic housekeeping, errands, meal preparation, respite care, personal care, assistance with daily living, assistance with medication monitoring, grooming, bathing, dressing, chore services, grocery shopping, and homemaker assistance. Level two services involve teaching, training, and/or tutoring clients and families to reach a targeting level of independence or a particular goal. Accepts private pay, Community Options, Community Integration, and private insurance. Wraparound is a non-licensed, non-medical supportive care agency.
