Program/Service Description:
This water exercise program is open to the public and is designed to be a maintenance program. No physician order is required. Exercise sessions are offered around 8:00am and after 3:00pm. Monday is reserved for cardiac and Multiple Sclerosis clients and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday the pool is open to others. A mini evaluation is completed first with a re evaluation in six to eight weeks. The sessions are scheduled for 30 minutes.
