Program/Service Description:
A work based program providing compensated, non-competitive employment. The goal is to provide a successful work experience, develop appropriate behavior patterns, enhance self-esteem, and attain/maintain the maximum mental and physical capacities of the participant. The program is designed for people with severe disabilities.
