Program/Service Description:
The purpose of the National Federation of the Blind is to help visually impaired persons achieve self-confidence. The organization provides information and assistance services, literature and publications about blindness, adaptive equipment for the blind, and other services. Publications include the Braille Monitor and Future Reflections. They also provide NFB-Newsline, a free talking newspaper service.
